1. What services do you offer?

We offer premium mobile detailing services for all types of vehicles for the exterior and interior.

2. How do I book an appointment?

You can book an appointment through our website’s booking system. Simply select your desired service, choose a date and time, and submit your request. You can also contact us directly via phone, text, email, or social media.

3. How do I pay for your services?

Payment is due immediately after completion of the service. We do not accept payment directly through our site. We accept Cash, Debit or Credit Cards, Checks, Cash App, PayPal, Venmo, and Zelle.

4. Do you only service certain types of vehicles?

No, we cater to all types of vehicles, from coupes to sedans and trucks to SUVs.

5. Are your services mobile?

Yes! We are a fully mobile detailing service. We come to your location to provide high-quality detailing services.

6. How much do your services cost?

Prices vary depending on the service requested. Contact us for a detailed quote or check our website for more information.

7. How long does a detailing session take?

The time required depends on the size of your vehicle, its condition, and the services purchased, but on average for a normal size car that isn't to dirty for both an interior and exterior detail, it should take around 4 hours to complete. Generally, detailing can take anywhere from as little as 2 hours, or as long as 6 hours or longer.

8. Do I need to prepare anything before my appointment?

Yes. Water and power are required. The power source needs to be within 100 feet of the vehicle, and the water source needs to be within 50 feet of the vehicle. Please ensure your vehicle is easily accessible and has sufficient space around it for us to work, and that large amounts of trash and personal items are removed from the vehicle.

9. What areas do you service?

We primarily service the San Diego area. Contact us if you are outside this area to discuss possible arrangements.

10. Can I reschedule or cancel my appointment?

Yes, you can reschedule or cancel your appointment by contacting us directly. Please try to provide at least 24 hours' notice, or you may be subject to a $25 cancellation fee.

11. Can I leave reviews about your services?

Yes! You can leave a review on our Google Business. We appreciate your feedback and may feature your review on our website.

12. Do you offer any discounts or promotions?

Prices are 20% off for family and 10% off for friends. We may offer promotions in the future. To stay updated, follow us on social media or join our newsletter.
